Hair Care - Dandruff and hair loss and thinning of hair

Dandruff may result from poor nutrition, stress, illness, or incorrect or harsh treatment. Thinning hair may arise from temporary condition or age related changes. Temporary condition like stress, shock, childbirth.

Prevention:

Condition of hair and scalp is often related to your lifestyle.

  • Eat food rich in protein, essential fatty acid, iron, silica, vitamins B, C and E.
  • Avoid losing weight quickly.
  • Stress management is necessary.
  • Regular Exercise to improve circulation to the scalp.
  • Try to avoid daily washing.

Treatment:

  • Itchy scalp: 2 drop of geranium and lavender oil and 1 drop of sandalwood essential oil. 2 and 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil

  • Dry, flaking scalp: 3 drops of lavender and geranium and 2 drop of sandalwood oil with 5 teaspoon of olive oil and sweet almond oil.

  • Oily, scaly scalp: 3 drop of atlas cedar wood, 2 drop of rosemary(omit if pregnant), 2 drop of lemon oil with 5 teaspoon of unscented body lotion.

leave the mixture overnight and wash it next morning.

Hair Care - condition


Condition you hair for soft and healthy look.
1 tablespoon Jojoba carrier oil
3 drops Rosemary
Mix the content in the tiny condiment bowl, before applying wet you hair with warm water and allow

the content to stay on hair for 15-20 min and wash you hair as normal.

Hair Care - Rinse

Remove excess oil : rinse your hair with distilled water to which you have added a splash of lemon juice.
